Revenant Kicks is a sustainable sneaker-care line using natural ingredients to clean, protect and extend the life of footwear. Founded by a sneaker-restoration professional, it combines streetwear attitude with practical, environmentally conscious function.

Chapter 1 |
CONTEXT & PROBLEM
The market is full of similar plastic-heavy packs that feel cheap, protect poorly and ignore sneaker culture. Unboxing is clumsy and there is little reason to share or remember the experience.
Chapter 2 |
OPPORTUNITY, PROCESS & SOLUTION
Process: Workshops with the founder explored retail and e-commerce sets, a refill model, container materials, caps, suppliers, sizes, shipping constraints and the visual story needed for social media.
Solution: A low-cost, low-waste system adapts to different bottles, caps and kit sizes. Unlaminated recyclable board uses a single glue line and ships flat. A universal die-cut locks every item without foam, protects e-commerce orders and supports only two core set formats.

Chapter 3 |
UNBOXING EXPERIENCE
Clean tear-away sections reveal each product with precision. Bottles lock into place without rattling, accessories hide in a dedicated side pocket, and naked embossing, uncoated paper and metal bottles create a tactile, crafted and trustworthy premium experience.
Chapter 4 |
SUSTAINABILITY & FINANCIAL BENEFITS
Sustainability results: Recyclable cardboard uses no plastic lamination and only one glue line. Metal bottles are designed for refilling; flat-packed boxes reduce warehouse and transport volume; no foam or unnecessary inserts are used.
Financial benefits: Standard materials and methods maximize effect at low cost. Two set formats mean fewer dies and tools, flat logistics lowers operating cost, and durable refillable bottles encourage repeat purchases and loyalty.
