Ordoline develops a new-generation orthodontic aligner system that helps doctors treat complex cases efficiently and gives patients a nearly invisible alternative to braces. The packaging had to organize the complete treatment and express the same clinical precision and quality.

Chapter 1 |
CONTEXT & PROBLEM
At the start of treatment, a patient receives many aligners, a holder, instructions, rubber bands and accessories; later deliveries contain only replacement aligners. The system needed to serve doctors and patients across both stages while making advanced care feel clear, comfortable and exclusive.
Chapter 2 |
OPPORTUNITY & SOLUTION
Opportunity: Ordoline’s professional standard created an opportunity for packaging to confirm that both doctors and patients had chosen a leading dental-care system.
Solution: The main solid-board drawer box is a refined, partly water-resistant bathroom accessory that lasts through the treatment. Lighter refill boxes repeat its shape and tactile character with simpler materials, preserving the premium impression while reducing cost and impact.

Chapter 3 |
UNBOXING EXPERIENCE
The first drawer contains the aligner case, the initial aligner set and a clear instruction guide. Refill boxes keep the same opening logic and tactile quality, so each delivery feels familiar throughout a treatment that can last two years.

SUSTAINABILITY & FINANCIAL BENEFITS
Sustainability results: The main package is reused throughout treatment. Refill structures are lighter and simpler, and every paper part—including inner forms and instructions—avoids plastic lamination and can be recycled.
Financial benefits: The durable main box carries the higher-value experience, while economical refills reduce recurring cost. Shared materials, production methods and effects let both formats be manufactured efficiently together.
