Briefly |
The Cycloop Tracker from Monimoto makes advanced bicycle GPS security affordable and accessible through direct-to-consumer sales. Its streamlined single-box package reflects the product’s simplicity, value and sustainability while improving the first physical interaction with the brand.

Chapter 1 |
CONTEXT & PROBLEM
A conventional two-box system was wasteful and too expensive for Cycloop’s simple e-commerce model. The new solution had to survive parcel delivery, protect the tracker and accessories, and provide a confident unboxing experience without adding cost or complexity.
Chapter 2 |
OPPORTUNITY & SOLUTION
Opportunity: Combining shipping and retail packaging into one structure reduces material, waste and handling while reinforcing Monimoto’s practical and innovative positioning.
Solution: A custom corrugated-cardboard structure uses air gaps and reinforced walls to absorb parcel impacts without plastic. The layout secures each part, supports an intuitive reveal and presents the tracker immediately when the box opens.

Chapter 3 |
UNBOXING EXPERIENCE
The GPS tracker, key fob and screws sit in clearly defined positions. Structural air gaps protect the contents while the single shipping-and-product box creates a compact surprise. The logical hierarchy makes every component easy to find and return.
Chapter 4 |
SUSTAINABILITY & FINANCIAL BENEFITS
Sustainability results: The package uses partly recycled corrugated cardboard as a single recyclable material and avoids unnecessary components while maintaining transport protection.
Financial benefits: Replacing two packages with one cuts material and manufacturing costs. Faster assembly and preparation reduce labor and handling expenses.
